The knowledge base holds documents relating to all aspects of IT provision at Jesus College. Broadly speaking, you will find the following types of content:

• Information about the services we offer
• How to access IT facilities (including remote access)
• Notes on configuring your computer
• Guidance on using IT facilities
• Assistance with resolving various common problems

You don't have to come here to search for IT information - the search box in the top right of any intranet page works just as well. If you want to see what's on offer without searching then you could browse through the directory listing.
